Explain how this experience has changed you as a nurse for the better. IV. Experience that demonstrates your greatest strengths a. Describe how a specific experience which demonstrates your strengths in the field of nursing (provide details/context) has helped prepare you for doctoral study and the nurse practitioner role. i. Influence 1. Describe how this experience has influenced your development as a nurse. 2. Include thoughtful analysis on your development related to the experience. ii. Impact 1. Explain how this experience has changed you as a nurse for the better. V. Scholarly project a. Discuss your initial thoughts on what your DNP project might be. i. Issue 1.
