Myasthenia Gravis is a condition in which results in skeletal muscle weakness.  One of the causes of Myasthenia Gravis is the blocking or destruction of Acetylcholine receptors.  Explain what effect Myasthenia Gravis may have on the neuromuscular junction, excitation-contraction coupling, or the cross-bridge cycle.
