Primary care case studies

Prepare 20 brief primary care case studies in different health issues/ wellness visit and respond to the following questions for each patient. These case studies must be done in a primary care clinic (doctor office), not in a hospital. (As a Family Nurse Practitioner). Adolescents and Children only (ages 0-21 years old). One or two newborns wellness check and vaccines. Common conditions like otitis media, dermatitis, hives, acne, conjunctivitis, common cold, diarrhea, constipation, headaches, migraines, sprains/strains, anemia, diabetes, cholesterol, UTI, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, alcohol/drug related, sexual assault.
